FCC Deregulation


FCC poses new rules that would no longer require each TV, AM and FM station to have a main studio located near its local community to account for technological advancements that provide new means of access. The second rule would eliminate annual reporting for broadcasters’ ancillary or supplementary services that do not earn revenue.
