Netflix announced yesterday at CES that it has expanded its streaming service to nearly every country, except China and a few others, and now calls itself a global TV network. But David Griner's takeaway was that Netflix's success is from doing what TV historically hasn't. Colin Dixon wonders if the global audience is there.
