The company reporting Netflix ratings is defending its data and methodologies. Netflix's stock is soaring on the heels of news of subscriber increases and 2017 growth projections; however, that growth is global, not domestic, and Phillip Swann sees a fight ahead for Netflix in the U.S., with increased subscriber fees coming for some. Shira Ovide says global expansion will also bring challenges. Reed Hastings acknowledges that entry in China will be a tough goal to achieve.
