DirecTV Wins
Swanni says we can anoint DirecTV the winner in this summer's DirecTV-Viacom dispute given Viacom channels' dismal ratings over the blackout period and DirecTV paying lower carriage fees than Viacom wanted in the end. Mike Stein says both sides lost.
