Standalone HBO Go
Ryan Lawler tries to identify what people would be willing to pay for standalone HBO Go (without an HBO subscription), but Alyssa Rosenberg reminds of the impracticalities of that idea. HBO says: not happening. But HBO Go will be available on Kindle Fire now for most pay TV subscribers. Josef Adalian has an overview of the HBO Go issue.
