Indecency Ruling

The Supreme Court decided unanimously against the FCC on its indecency rulings against Fox and ABC; however, the Court didn't rule on the constitutionality of the indecency enforcement policy in general. An FCC commissioner has released a statement, saying it's time to get back to work processing indecency complaints, and there are over a million of those.
