Sony Waiting on Comcast Caps

Todd Spangler reports, "Sony Entertainment Network is considering launching a broadband TV service, but is waiting until it finds out whether regulators will allow video consumed via Comcast's VOD app for Xbox to be exempt from the operator's monthly bandwidth-usage allotment, a Sony executive said Monday."
