NYPD Blue Case Tossed Out
An appeals court has thrown out a fine against ABC for a 2003 (!) NYPD Blue indecency violation. The Supreme Court could be the next step, though we're also still (still!) waiting on the Janet Jackson/Super Bowl appeals court decision.
