death of real news has prompted responses from a pair of TV journalists Koppel name-checked in his piece: Keith Olbermann accused Koppel himself
of distorting the truth and misrepresenting notions of objectivity, while Bill O'Reilly has
invited Koppel to give him an example of when O'Reilly has told a lie.
